Sublimation works best on fabrics made of polyester or a polyester blend. The higher the polyester content, the better the results but anything that has at least 60% of Polyester can be sublimated. This is because polyester fibers have a special affinity for the sublimation dye, which allows for a more vibrant and long-lasting print. But it is important to know that Sublimation cannot be used on natural fibers such as cotton or silk, as the dye will not transfer properly. We offer a big variety of fabrics so you don’t have to worry about getting something that you don’t like and we make our customers pick the ones that they like the most.

1. To place an order contact us by email or phone number and send us your name, style of apparel you need, the design you want and we’ll go from there. If you don’t have a design yet don’t worry you are in good hands and we prefer to make our own designs! Simply send us your ideas, logos and colors you’d like and we’ll put it all together for you in a mockup. The design will cost about $50 dollars in which each client can make up to 3 changes free of charge to make sure that you get what you are asking for but after the 3 changes, the price will go up.
2. After the design is complete we will send some swatches of the different types of fabrics that we offer for the style of apparel the client chooses, or the client can personally come to our local to see and feel the fabrics. We will answer any questions that the client has about the fabrics at this point as well as discuss the prices.( Prices are based on the fabric that they choose as well as sizes, we work from sizes YXS to YXL and XS to 5XL)
3. For large orders of 5 and more, we will start making a sample of whatever apparel they choose in the fabric approved to make sure that we get colors, locations, and style right to avoid any misunderstanding at the end, and the responsible paying for the apparel will have to sign and send back the sample if mailed. After the sample is signed there cannot be any changes to the design.
4. Finally, when we have the sample signed we will start the actual production of the order and it will take about 7 to 14 business days to be ready. Small orders may be done earlier but we do not guarantee anything. When the order is finished we will simply give you a call or send an email so the client can come pick it up or we can set an arrangement for delivery.
