At ADC Athletics, we offer logo digitization services that make use of our state-of-the-art embroidery machines. We’ll provide you with a cost estimate for this service, and once we’ve completed the digitization process, we’ll send you a sample sew-out of your logo for approval. Once you give us the green light, we’ll add your logo or graphic to the products you’ve chosen. Once we’ve finished embroidering these items, they’ll be available for either pick-up or shipment. It’s a straightforward process that saves you time and hassle.

Embroidery is the process of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread. It’s often used to add logos or designs to hats, shirts, and other clothing items as well as bags, and towels. The embroidery machine reads a digital file and uses a needle and thread to stitch the design onto the fabric. Here at ADC Athletics, we charge an amount of $50 or more to make the digital file if the clients does not provide it to us, but the price of the DTS on the complexity of the design and the size, but this is only a one-time fee after the first order we will only charge you for the service and apparel if we provide it for your company.

  • Limited colors: Embroidery is limited to a certain number of colors per design 12 in our case, which can limit the complexity of the design as well as not being able to use gradient colors as each color requires a separate thread change.
  • Not suitable for small orders: Embroidery is not cost-effective for small orders, as the setup costs can be high.
  • Not ideal for detailed designs: Embroidery is not ideal for very small designs or designs with fine details, as the stitching can sometimes be too dense, which can cause the design to look distorted or lose detail, especially small letters or numbers.

Embroidery can be used to print on a wide variety of apparel, including T-shirts, Polos, Jackets, Hoodies, Beanies, Hats, Caps. You can even customize tote bags, hats, towels and bandanas. Ask us if you have any questions regarding your apparel material to see if it can be used for embroidery.

  1. To place an order contact us by email or phone number and send us your name, style of apparel you’d like if you have it, quantities, sizes, and the logos needed in DTS format.
  2. If you don’t have a design or the DTS don’t worry you are in good hands and we prefer to make our own designs! Simply send us your ideas, logos and colors you’d like and we’ll put it all together for you in a mockup. The DTS will cost about $50 dollars in which each client can make up to 3 changes free of charge to make sure that you get what you are asking for but after the 3 changes, the price will go up.
  3. After the design is complete, we will start looking into ordering any apparel that you need. When the apparel gets here we will then make a sample with the color thread that you choose to make sure that it’s of your liking. When you approve the sample we will then start working on your order and our turn-around time for embroidery is 7 to 14 business days.
