Screen printing is a printing technique that transfers ink onto a substrate (usually fabric) using a mesh screen. Each color in the design requires a separate screen, which incurs a one-time fee of $30 per screen, but subsequent orders will only be charged for the service and apparel (if provided by us). Screen printing produces long-lasting prints that can withstand multiple washings without fading or peeling.

Some advantages of screen printing include cost-effectiveness for large orders, durability, versatility on a variety of fabrics, and the production of high-quality prints with crisp lines and vibrant colors. However, screen printing is limited to a certain number of colors per design, is not suitable for small orders, and can create a heavy or stiff feel on the fabric, especially for designs with multiple colors. Additionally, screen printing is not ideal for intricate or detailed designs.

At ADC Athletics, we offer logo digitization services that make use of our state-of-the-art embroidery machines. We’ll provide you with a cost estimate for this service, and once we’ve completed the digitization process, we’ll send you a sample sew-out of your logo for approval. Once you give us the green light, we’ll add your logo or graphic to the products you’ve chosen. Once we’ve finished embroidering these items, they’ll be available for either pick-up or shipment. It’s a straightforward process that saves you time and hassle.

To order online, get in touch with us by email or phone and provide your name, desired apparel style, and design. Don’t worry if you don’t have a design yet, as we offer design services. We’ll create a mockup based on your ideas, logos, and color preferences, with up to 3 changes included in the $50 design fee. Once the design is finalized, we’ll send swatches of fabric options or arrange an in-person visit to our local store for you to choose. Pricing depends on the fabric type and sizes, ranging from YXS to YXL and XS to 5XL. For large orders, we’ll create a sample for approval before starting production. Once the sample is signed, no further changes can be made to the design. Production time is typically 7 to 14 business days, and we’ll contact you when the order is ready for pickup or delivery.
